These terms cover your use of this website, including the gallery, the trait explorer and Hood Games (together, the "Site"), run by the Hood Street Minis team ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Who can use the Site

You can browse the gallery at any age your local law allows. Hood Games is for people 18 and over, or the age of majority where you live if that's higher. Don't use Hood Games where social casino-style games are not allowed.

2. Hood Bucks

Hood Bucks are free, virtual play credits for Hood Games. They have no cash or monetary value.
You can't buy, sell, trade, transfer or redeem Hood Bucks for money, crypto, prizes or anything else of value.
The one thing Hood Bucks can be spent on outside the games is mint spots for the free Hood Street Minis mint, on the claim page: GTD spots guarantee a mint and cost 4,269 HB for the first, 10,000 HB for the second and 42,690 HB for the third, with a maximum of 3 per wallet; buying a GTD spot requires a verified X account that follows @HoodStreetMini, and a GTD spot whose X account is not following when the WL is checked is not valid. An FCFS spot costs 300 HB and lets you mint while supply lasts. Wallet accounts only, max 5 spots per wallet in total.
Spots belong to the wallet on the account. Once locked in they're final: they can't be refunded, swapped, transferred or sold. A spot is a chance to mint for free (you pay only network gas), not a prize. Mint timing, supply and allocation are announced by @HoodStreetMini, and we may remove spots obtained through bugs, bots or abuse.
Wallet accounts get a one-time bonus for tribute collection NFTs they hold, as described on the tribute wall. Each NFT pays once, ever. We may withhold or reverse bonuses gamed through bugs, wash transfers or team and vault wallets.
Hood Bucks aren't property. You don't own them, and we can grant, adjust, reset or remove balances at any time, including to fix bugs or abuse.
Hood Games is entertainment only. It isn't gambling, and winning at it doesn't mean you'd win at real-money games.

2a. Social tasks

You can earn Hood Bucks for X tasks on the Earn page. Connect only a handle you own; each handle can be connected to one account, and it can't be changed.
Every task is reviewed by the team before anything is paid, usually within 24 hours. Post rewards (500–2,500 HB) are at the team's discretion based on quality. We can decline any submission, and reverse rewards for posts that are deleted, bought, botted or copied.

3. Your Hood Games account

Only claim with a wallet address or X handle that is actually yours. We can remove or reassign an account claimed under someone else's identity.
One account per person. Don't farm Hood Bucks with multiple accounts, bots or scripts.
Your player key is the only way to restore your account. Keep it private. We can't recover a lost key.
Don't exploit bugs, interfere with the Site, or try to access data that isn't yours. If you find a bug, tell us on X and we'll thank you for it.

4. The art and the NFTs

The Hood Street Minis name, logo, art engine, characters, the Hood Deck and the Site's content belong to us or our licensors. You're welcome to share images of Minis with credit to @HoodStreetMini. Any rights that come with owning a Hood Street Minis NFT will be set out in the terms published at mint. The mint is free on Robinhood Chain; you pay only network gas, which we don't control or refund.

Tribute traits are fan homages to other community projects. Their names and marks belong to their owners, and showing them doesn't mean those projects endorse us or are affiliated with us.

5. Not financial advice

Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer to sell anything. Digital collectibles are volatile and can lose all value. Only official mint details posted by @HoodStreetMini are real. We will never DM you first asking for funds, a seed phrase or a private key.

6. Third-party services

The Site links to X, marketplaces, wallets and other services we don't control. Your use of them is under their terms, and we aren't responsible for them.

7. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will always be online, error-free or that game outcomes, balances or art previews will never change while we build.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Hood Bucks have no value, so any loss of Hood Bucks is not a loss of anything of value.

9. Changes and ending access

We may update these terms as the project grows. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Site means you accept it. We can suspend or end access to Hood Games for anyone who breaks these terms.
